By you the customer requesting online technical support from Spring Wood Haven Ltd t/a OnBoard Energy you agree to the following terms

Payment and Fees

  1. You confirm support can not be provided without confirmation of an upfront payment of £20.00 for up-to 20 minutes of support
  2. A further payment of £20 may be required should you exceed 20 minutes of our technical support teams time either on the phone, email or in person while taking time to investigate and / or resolve your technical issue
  3. The upfront payment is non-refundable even if we can not resolve your problem

Technical Support

  1. You the customer agrees that most technical support is provided over the telephone, unless you’re close to our offices and an agreed time for your visit is made.
  2. Our team is very experienced in off grid and power solutions, but may not be able to assist you once investigated, and may have to direct you to an alternative resource

Products In Warranty

If you have proof of purchase technical support is free for any item purchased from OnBoardEnergy directly still under warranty. However, a fee will be applied for any item not purchased from us that’s still under warranty – WE THEREFORE RECOMMEND YOU CONTACT YOUR ORIGINAL PLACE OF PURCHASE
